Our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a hassle-free replacement for all eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer returns, only replacements for eligible cases.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You received a product that was physically damaged or defective.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or item).
  • The product is missing parts or accessories as described on the product page.

How to Request a Replacement

Go to the 'My Orders' section of your UVkart account within 7 days of delivery.

Select the order you wish to replace and click on the 'Request Replacement' button.

Choose the reason for the replacement and upload clear images of the product (showing the defect, damage, or wrong item) and packaging. This is mandatory.

Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product and ship your replacement.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact and returned.
  • The replacement request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Replaceable Items

  • Digital products, software, and gift cards.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with.
  • Products with missing serial numbers or tags.
  • Any item not in its original condition and packaging.
