Service Unavailability by Brand
If the manufacturer or brand of your purchased product fails to provide the promised service (e.g., installation, warranty support) in your location, you are eligible for a full refund. You must provide official communication from the brand as proof of service denial.
Failed or Lost Delivery
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or the delivery fails due to a fault of ours or our courier partners, we will issue a full refund after a thorough investigation, which may take up to 10 business days.
Payment Confirmation Error
If payment was debited from your account but your order was not successfully placed on UVkart due to a technical error, the transaction amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days. No action is needed from your side.
