<ol><li><h2>Eligibility for Replacement</h2></p>
A product is eligible for replacement under the following conditions:</p>
<ul><li>The item is <b>defective, damaged, or not functioning </b>as intended due to a manufacturing defect.</p>
<li>The defect is reported <b>within 10 days of purchase date </b>(as per UVkart Private Limited policy).</p>
<li>Replacement Policy will be applicable as per HP plolicy.</p>
<li>The product is returned with the original invoice, warranty card, and complete accessories (manuals, cables, packaging, etc.).</ul></p>
<li><h2>Conditions for Replacement</h2></p>
Replacement will be provided<b> only if:</b></p>

<li>The product has <b>not been tampered with</b>, misused, or physically damaged.</p>
<li>The serial number or warranty seal is <b>intact and readable</b></p>
<li>The product is returned in its <b>original packaging </b>or secure equivalent.</ul></p>

Replacement will <b>not</b> be applicable if:
