Standard 2 Years Manufacturer Warranty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions

MSI's warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper use, or external factors like power surges.
It also excludes issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications, such as overclocking.

  Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to verify the warranty period. If proof cannot be provided,
the warranty is calculated from the manufacturing date.

  Data Backup

It is the customer's responsibility to back up all important data before sending a product for service,
as MSI is not responsible for data loss.

  Packaging and Shipping

    - Customers are responsible for properly packaging their product to prevent damage during transit.

    - Damage caused by improper packaging is considered customer-induced damage (CID).

    - Customers must get a valid acknowledgment or tracking number from the courier and should not hand over the product without one.

  Service Limitations

    - Some services, like the Global Travel Insurance, may cover component replacement but not the entire product.

    - These services often do not cover accessories or software installation/reinstallation.

  Customer-Induced Damage (CID)

Products with physical damage (like a burnt casing) are classified as CID and will be returned without repair.
