Eligibility for Replacement
A product is eligible for replacement under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended due to a manufacturing defect.
- The defect is reported within 10 days of purchase date (as per UVkart Private Limited policy).
- Replacement Policy will be applicable as per HP plolicy.
- The product is returned with the original invoice, warranty card, and complete accessories (manuals, cables, packaging, etc.).
Conditions for Replacement
Replacement will be provided only if:

- The product has not been tampered with, misused, or physically damaged.
- The serial number or warranty seal is intact and readable

Non-Replaceable Situations
